We ensure a high standard of service is provided consistently.  Our children are supervised by a dedicated team of qualified and experienced childcare professionals who have DBS checks.  All of our staff demonstrate a real desire to work with and care for young children.

Our staff are all responsible for delivering a high quality balanced curriculum which will deliver the best possible outcomes for your child.

Each child is given generous care and attention because of our high ratio of qualified staff to children.

Every child is allocated a ‘key worker’ who takes special interest in their welfare. The ‘key worker’ develops a close relationship with you and your child in order to help them settle into Pre-school. Through observations, record keeping and assessments they can monitor each child’s progress and keep you accurately informed.

We encourage and develop our staff through on-going training, this includes advanced childcare qualifications, curriculum planning, first aid, food hygiene, child protection and special educational needs.

We also work closely with a select number of childcare and training organisations and offer supervised placements for students who are working towards a recognised childcare qualification.
